Terms of service.

By accessing or using the Astron platform at astron.example (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and anyone who purchases a question pack, report, or subscription through the Platform. By completing a purchase or creating an account, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms.

Astron reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of the Platform after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Astron is a KP astrology answer platform. It provides structured astrology guidance based on a rule corpus authored by Bheem Sain. The Platform offers:

• Question packs (1, 3, or 5 questions) answered using KP chart analysis
• Free tools including a Personality reading and daily and monthly forecasts
• Extended reports including Full Life Reading, Compatibility, Birth Time Correction, and Best Timing
• An AI Chatbot service (in development) grounded on the Bheem Sain corpus

Answers are produced by the ECS-TAD method on KP chart math. For question packs, answers are deterministic: no language model is used at the answer path. The rule body text is parsed verbatim from the named rule that matches your chart and question.

You are responsible for providing accurate birth details when requested. Inaccurate birth data will result in a chart computed from incorrect positions, and the Platform cannot guarantee answer quality when the input is wrong.

You must not use the Platform to harass, abuse, or harm others. You must not attempt to extract, scrape, copy, or commercially redistribute the rule corpus, rule bodies, or any generated answers. You must not attempt to reverse-engineer the matching or scoring logic.

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or make a purchase. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and US Dollars (USD). The applicable price is determined by the currency you select at checkout.

Question packs and report purchases are one-time payments. Chatbot subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time from your account.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. In summary: a 24-hour refund window applies to unread answers; no refunds are issued for answers that have been unlocked and read.

The rule corpus, rule body text, and all content extracted from Bheem Sain's books are the intellectual property of Bheem Sain and are licensed to Astron for use within the Platform. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any rule body, combination rule, or answer produced by the Platform without explicit written permission from Bheem Sain.

The Astron platform software, design system, and codebase are the intellectual property of Astron. The name ECS-TAD by Bheem Sain on KP chart math is a proprietary method name used with the author's permission.

Answers generated for your specific chart and question are for your personal use only. You may share individual answers for personal purposes but may not republish them commercially or in aggregate.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Astron and its authors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including any reliance on answers produced by the system.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the Platform is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

Astrology answers are derived from a structured rule system and are intended to inform reflection and decision-making. They are not predictions in an absolute sense, and they do not replace qualified professional advice. If your question involves health, legal matters, or major financial decisions, consult the appropriate professional.

The Platform does not predict death or time of death. Questions of this nature will be refused. Questions involving suicide or self-harm will receive a safe-care response and will not be processed as astrology queries.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

We may revise these Terms at any time. The date of the most recent revision appears at the top of this page. We will notify registered users of material changes by email at the address associated with their account. It is your responsibility to keep your email address current.
